M929A2 Looking for replacement PTO engaging lever in the cab

M929A2 dump truck. As subject says, I need a replacement lever to engage the PTO in the cab but I've not had luck in the usual sources. It's thingy #12 (and 10, 11 preferably) in the attached sheets from the -24P. Any non-obvious sources I should try?
