Has anyone ever tried mounting a 10-foot CONEX box on the back of an M931?

Remove the 5th wheel & bolt down a CONEX box right on the frame.

I've got this idea & wondering if anyone has ever tried it.

You will need some sort of spacer between the frame and the box. Without it, the tires will hit.

I have thought about chopping down my 5 ton bed to fit on the back of my tractor, and then mounting a 10' conex box on top of that. (The bed has built in container locks)
How much lift would the box need to clear the tires?

Container locks would be great.

Glen (91W350) down in Salina at BFR metals used to have a whole stack of 5ton ISO beds. But that was over a year ago I bet they've been scrapped out by now but you might give him a call.
