M931 oil cooler issues taken care of. While flushing coolant system for the third time I am waiting for it to heat up and looking around the engine. Low and behold, I notice the transmission oil line in contact with the exhaust manifold. WOW I think..that is not good.

I reach over and shift it a couple inches and bam.......oil everywhere. Shut it down. The manifold had burned the jacket of the hose and just moving it ruptured the liner. Huge clean up......not to remove the hose and have another made today........

Backround on the truck...Nice 2008 overhaul, 600 miles since......Mo Guard truck....Wish the guy at RRAD had routed it over the heater hose to keep it out of the way. Pretty easy fix to adjust the plumbing...just glad I was not on the road to Louisville tomorrow like I had planned.

OK......off with the hose......
