M931 right rear wheels not turning

Well, I towed the 931 about 20' onto flatter ground last night with the excavator and the rear right 2 wheels dragged, so it does sound like the stuck brakes issue. Once on flatter ground I was able to drive it forward and backward slightly with front wheel drive engaged to see if the rear right wheels would loosen up but no luck, and daylight ran out on me so will have to try the other remedies next time I'm out there. Thanks for the suggestions on dealing with stuck brakes.
Well.. At least you got it figured out :)

Well, I beat on the brakes with an 8 lb sledgehammer as Wheelspinner and Goldneagle suggested, started it up and hit the brake release override, and the wheels are turning again! Thanks again everyone for the help with this. Wish I could buy you guys a few rounds to show my appreciation. I had to get a trailer moved so I was really glad to get past that issue.

When you say "hit" I want to make sure that you pulled it OUT. This is the normal position. If you have it pushed in like a normal air parking brake would be you are basically blocking the spring brakes from their proper function. The over rude is for a single release of the spring brakes after a catastrophic air loss. If you have it pushed in and set the manual parking brake you will not get spring brakes to set.
