Well finally got around to taking apart and cleaned but no deal. O-rings looked great but Purge valve port was very corroded. Aluminum gets almost dusty when badly corroded. Cleaned with emory cloth but still would not seal. Replaced with rebuilt air dryer from Fleet Pride. $223. Works great now, no more leak. Perfect fit. Now on to other things.
