What did you discover? PTO can be a little tricky getting engaged, especially in the cold.

To update, I finally got to meet up with the guy this past Tuesday, he couldn't figure out neutral on the T case or get the correct pto engaged. All is working correctly now.

Lol, now I see we were correct in what lever needed to be pulled. I can't say much, I had similar problem in first Dunphy truck I tried to run.
