M936 Winch troubles

The winch on the boom went to leaking hydraulic oil when running and or lifting. It runs out so bad that it is coming out of the vent cap on top of the winch itself (not gear oil). Is there a seal that keeps the oil from entering the winch from the hydraulic pump, if so how hard is it to change? Thanks in advance, Clint
