Hey guys I’m picking up a M936A1 wrecker for pulling engines and moving stuff personally and was wondering if I put not for hire plates on it I could register it as a collectors/personal used vehicle and drive it without a CDL if I can in NC would that also apply in other states if I had to cross state lines since I’ve got NC plates and a license or not or would it depend on the state
