The dynamat company makes some but it's expensive. I was thinking about spraying in bedliner to make a permanent waterproof one.

Tractor Supply has a shop floor mat that is pretty simmular in construction.. I use them for a lot of things around the shop..
search it at tractorsupply

A LOT of effort it would be to plagiarize that pattern. There are few straight lines and I think only 2 parallel. Maybe someday in the far future I will make a CAD file. The OE material is really hard to beat. It is flame resistant and sound absorbing. I have been researching everything which is how I happened upon some NOS mats after talking to a guy. I will know more when I have them in my hands, in a day or two.
