Steel Soldiers now has a few new forums, read more about it at: New Munitions Forums!
You should get puffs of white smoke which is the unburnt diesel, that is if you have fuel. If it was ran dry you'll have to bleed the injectors. I would charge up your batteries, and not try to jump start it.Shouldn't there sunburned diesel come out of the exhaust when I turn it over?
No Hmmwv says 53mph on the speedo.I told him to drive 53 because of the warning on the speedometer. I bought a maintenance truck with the generator/welder etc. a few years back in Vegas at the air base. I flew down to drive it home. I called a military equipment supplier in Ogden and they told me that I could drive it at 70. Well I did not make it back to North Dakota. So now I don't take any chances. I still have the Chevy sitting in the back 40.
