M998 Hard door options

There was another thread but the OP got excited when somebody posted on his thread so I'm starting my own.

Don't care about any type of "bullet proofing" but looking for legitimate options.

1. Has anybody ever tried to use H1 doors on a 998?
2. X doors would probably be the preference but would rather not pay $2 to $3,000. Fine with aftermarket doors made similar to these.
3. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

FYI. Right now I have one setup as a troop carrier but I think I want to be able to convert back and forth between a 2 seater and a 4 seater.

Question 1, yes...all the time
Question 2, yes...California gold products
Question 3, They are doors....not sure what else you can hang there...other then no doors.

I've priced out the other options for doors for my truck and found that regardless of if they're military doors, H1 doors or the Cal-Gold does - they're ALL expensive.

I ended up biting the bullet and just bought a set of military X doors.

In my opinion the doors make up 50% of the appearance from side view. It is worth the $3000. Mike dienes at kascar will hook you up with gear and new door seals. Got my doors in 3 days. 750 a door plus a pallet

Not to mention security, protection from rain. Keeping you dry in deep water/mud. The ability to lock up your truck!

Dont forget that the hard doors and soft doors don't use the same striker so you would have to factor a set into the cost also.
