m998 led headlight issue

I just bought this m998 the other day
I Would like wiring diagram of headlights. where it comes to the hood then splits to each headlight.
it has led headlights also has anti flicker device inline before headlights.
I know they aren't needed and i should have unplugged them then.
I didn't.
driving the truck the second day I owned it I smelled burning plastic.
Turns out one anti flicker burnt up the other was very hot and on its way.
I took the anti flicker units out. and plugged the headlights back in., and then noticed one headlight was out. (tested the headlight and they are both fine)
The passenger light high is out. The high beam indicator is always on now.low beam not so bright.
Testing the passenger side power out . The high beam power and negative lines seem to be reversed ...?
I know it sounds crazy but what gives?
also the alt is only putting out 26.7 to 27.1 max. is this acceptable?
thanks in advance

So your looking for a virtual HMMWV mechanic to diagnose some aftermarket headlights and equipment for you?
Wiring diagram can be found in the technical manual section.
What the hell is an anti flicker device ?

My guess is the led anti flick gizmos were not 24v?

Are the lights 24v?

Charging should be 27.8 -28.4
Load test each battery first after checking voltage and charging if needed.
Start with basics.

Pretty sure they aren't 24 v anti flicker.
You use those on today's cars to create a draw like a normal headlight. Then no errors or flickering. Not for our trucks.
The led Headlights are fine for 24v

Have the weapons officer shoot during the flickers.

Just guessing here... Might be the new ones so the bad guy won't be able to see who's doing the shooting?? CAMO

Protects our youth from anti-farming and anti-ranching books that deride the gelding of stallions.

You never said whether the LED headlights were military or aftermarket. I've never seen anti-flicker devices used with 24v headlights. They are fairly common with aftermarket 12v LEDs. Now if they came from the military we're playing in a new ballpark and if they are Chinese then you might as well go back to square one and buy a set of good LEDs and yank what you have.

There are only 3 leads that go to the headlights.
Wire #17 should have power with the high beams selected.
Wire #18 is the low beam
Wire #91 is ground.
