M998 Turn Signal

does anyone know what would cause the turn signal light to come on but not blink? the bulb in the turn signal below the green plastic cover does not appear to come on. Many thanks for any insight.

Or, they flashed really fast on the other end of the vehicle since the load on the flasher module was 1/2 of design...

Just replace the faulty bulb first..(one is probably lit and one not). or check the earthing of it.

Yea, the earthing of it. That would be what I would check if all the bulbs are good. I like that.

I purchased a flasher module but am having fits trying to install. Has anyone replaced one that could give me advice? Thanks.

Unscrew the Cannon connector shell. Unbolt flasher. Reinstall flasher. Partially insert the Cannon connector, making sure to match the keyway in the connector. Tighten the shell.
