Prep on the under side was with a pres washer and alot of time, spraying cleaner and washing again. Alot of sanding using a hand sander, grinder on a few places with a flex wheel and elbow grease.. Lots of hours. I think it will be great when we`re done .

I have used 2 gallons so far ,straight paint, not thinned using a airless sprayer. i think it will take 2 more gallons to paint the cab,bed and side boards / troop seats.
