Master Cylinder rebuild part Question

I got a rebuild kit for my MC and I can not figure out were the big rubber washer goes?
I added some pics of the old parts and new parts.

IIRC, it's in the very bottom of the bore(first thing installed, last item removed).

I'll look for a pic in a TM.

It is used to limit the stroke (hehe) so the piston does not bottom out (hehe)
