MD Ward laFrance Owner?

Trying to locate the owner of a Ward laFrance in the DC/Baltimore/Eastern MD area who went to one of the Aberdeen shows a few years ago (current Cal Ripkin Stadium location). Civi wrecker owner - I believe the Ward was his fathers???
The Ward was towed in on a 3 axle tilt bed behind a large civi wrecker.
