MEP 002 Throttle

MEP 002 throttle assembly shows a brass spring loaded rod labeled only as part 5. it sits next to the engine stop solenoid and helps piush a rod into the solenoid to kill the engine. i cant find part numbers for the #5 also does the cable running to the asembly also adjust RPMs

I think you mean Item #5. Or its Item #5 in my parts manual. TM 9-6115-584-24P. Figure #39, Item #5. Please confirm.
