From my understanding, there are none. Oil filter yes.. not fuel filter though. Easiest way is to get a universal wix fuel filter base ( about $30 each).. or a pair of them... And make a custom mount. You can reuse the fuel lines and fittings but will need reducing bushings.

I'll be doing this soon but it's been done and can be seen here and on YouTube. Pretty simple and can be done for under $120 including filters.
