Does the throttle linkage move freely on the injector pump? If not then it is gummed up, if it's really gummed up you probably broke the plunger guide inside the pump and it will have to be rebuilt. They are extremely easy to rebuild and parts are easy to access.

Ok still been working on it. Got it to start. Runs for bout 30 -45 seconds with tons of smoke then dies. I Got the air out of injectors lines.

You should have a check valve in the fuel line between the last filter and the IP. With the gunk you described in the system, would not hurt to take that apart and clean out to make sure you are getting enough fuel through to keep running.

I assume you changed the oil and refilled to the top fill line on the dipstick? Is the oil pressure showing pressure when running? Is it staying steady until it stops? Is the fuel solenoid staying up until after the engine stops or does the engine stop when the solenoid drops?

Now its back to firing but not starting. Fresh oil and diesel. Not sure on oil pressure but it jumps to 30 when it fires. Fuel cut off is working as it should. It has smoked like a freight train grey smoke every time it ran before dying.

Grey smoke = incomplete combustion. I would guess your injectors need a tune-up at least. There is a member (Storeman), that cleans and tests them reasonable. Have not seen him on the board recently.
All you need is fuel and compression. You are getting fuel from your answers. May not being sprayed properly though. Possibly a sticking valve-have you checked them?

Havent checked injectors or valves. Now the fuel solenoid is not working as it should

Injectors need to be set up for proper pop-off pressure. Done on a specialized rig. Not do-able without it.
You have something in the safety circuit not activating the solenoid. Your TM (34), gives you good guidance for troubleshooting.

Just for grins, check all grounds (cabinet and other straps). A loose ground will cause major headaches. Take the straps off and grind a clean spot on each. The cabinet ground is a small strap under the back.
