MEP-006A not making more then 50 volts

Look at the A5 card. It has the K5 mounted on it. Look at the back side of the card also. Burn spots are not good. Often the are traces that have been burnt in half. Burned up components are not good. Sometimes you can fix them. Some times buy a new/used card in ebay, or Forum member KLOPPK makes a new one.
I will definitely check when I can… today is my 19 year anniversary so not able to work on it today! And as always thank you so much for the help

With regards to the buss bar, the TM shows it on top of the voltage connection board, but there are 2 designs. The newer, more common design has the buss bar riveted to the underside of the board rather than sitting on top.
But for now I wouldn't worry about it, that is not causing your problem.
