Mep-803a 208v 3 phase ground connections

Powering a new to me metal lathe. Motor: 208 v , 3 phase , 3 hp. ( drawing 4 amps under load.

My 803a is wired to a transfer switch where I can either power the house 240v emergency panel or the shop 240v outlets ( appropriate interlock(s) installed).

My question is about proper ground - ( realizing that there might be local variance to electrical code)-

The generator ground lug is already connected to my main house panel ground ( heavier gauge wire in picture is for 240v).

I wired the lathe directly from motor switch to the generator and grounded at the generator lug. Am I good ?. As far as grounding goes.

PS: appropriate safety in place to ensure that only 3 phase can be powered when 803a is in 3 phase and vice versa for 240v single phase.

Are you running the lathe through a phase convertor or are you powering your house with three phase? You mention the 240 for house and garage but show 3 phase connections and mention the 3 phase lathe.

Running the lathe directly off the generator when switched to 3 phase ( ensuring that the 240v ON - house-/ OFF/ ON - shop- / is in off position.
