I looked at the screenshots of the voltage screens...those are nice to have...I assume they're in the house so you can see what's going on...I know you said random times it bogs over 40 amps...the screen shows you're at 240 volts at 13,500 kw at 56 amps...any chance it's hitting overload and lowering output? I think they are rated at 51 amps at 240 but I know they'll do more.
This makes me happy to watch! Glad you found it and that it is running great...these machines really got some serious output...I didn't know they'd hit 57 amps! I will look into that gauge...be nice to have one in the house so I don't have to go out to see what it's doing.

If running a long load test, always keep all doors closed. The venting is all designed for all doors to be in place and closed when operating.
Short runs and looking at stuff is ok.
Either way, a good 100% load test for 3 hours is good too.
