Mep 803a not powering past 25%

I have an MEP 803a I recently bout with 500 hours. I am running a camper that has two A/C units on it and it’s only running half of the camper. The output needle will not exceed 25%. My multimeter shows 240v and the receptacle is showing 140v but for whatever reason it’s not increasing the output if that makes sense.

What is your throttle set at and how many Hertz are showing on the gauge or your meter. how are you wired onto the lugs and are you in 240v single phase on the phase selector behind the control panel?

throttle is set in normal position and the Hertz gauge is reading 60. And the back panel switch is in the 240v single phase

Somethings not right if you're measuring 140 at the convenience outlet.
You ought to take voltage measurements across L1 to L0, L3 to L0 and L1 to L3.
You should get 120, 120, 240 respectively.

I will look into that. Thank you for the response. If I’m not getting the proper voltage what would be the issue? The regulator?

If the voltages are proportionally the same as 120 and 240 and you can't achieve 120 at the outlet with the set running at 60 Hz then it may be the VR or front panel voltage adjust.
If the voltages are not proportionally the same then you the set has other issues.
