MEP 803a white smoke at start up and misfiring when warm.

Greetings all, I am new to forum and my spelling is usually horribel.

Purchased a 803a several months ago, white smoke at start up-didn't load test at POS.
FF today, load tested after purchase with misfire under load, pop and leak back tested injectors myself ok, no resolve.
Replaced fuel pump, no resolve,
Replaced injetor FRL-rotted,
thought long and hard searched this site and TM-s.
Forklift friend said check head-not trying to making a compression tester.
Pulled and this is what I observed:
#3 is wet
you can see the break in the top down photo of the bore.
Making steam.

This is a 2000 unit with 25 hrs when purchased and 35 today.
I dont think it was rebuilt, I have installed the mods, no tool marks. makes power.

This valve is out of round in bore and only grinding on 1 side?
I was expecting thin grind band on all of them.
This one is out of wack or?
all the rest had a thin band but some were excessively wide?

WTH lowest bidder? or what?

Water leak in #3 , valve issue in #2.......

For the valve video it was hard to see the lap area so I made my own version of prussian blue with china sharpie.

Should be more clear how off axis the seating area is from the stem this valve is:

Since china sharpie worked Im going to order some china valves, Does anyone have any experience with the aftermarket version?
