MEP-804 MPU AC Frequency?

Could someone measure the AC Frequency of the signal from the MPU to the Electronic Governor Controller on their 804 while it's running?
It can be measured at the electronic Governor Controller across terminals 16 & 17.

I suspect it's about 3.6 KHz but don't know for sure.
