Mep-805, 806 fuel filter retaining ring

does anyone need the retaining ring for the canister filter on the 805? i think i have found a source for them. they are not available from deere without the $135 filter mount (stupid) and filter companies don't have

them either.

Tried that but couldn't find one with the locking lugs.. Went to visit my local John Deere parts manager and he had it in a parts kit.
The kit consisted of the ring, cap, plunger and air bleed screw. Cost was $21.00. Deere's part number is RE526834 componet kit.

That is a good price, my dealer wanted over $200, buy it.
