This is a new one for me.
Got an 805a running great for a month and suddenly L1 shows 25vac. L2 and L3 have 120vac each. Anyone have this issue? Im thinking diodes.

After I pulled the bell end and tested the diodes with no issues I started pulling wires and found the culprit. The customer had a very unbalanced panel and it overheated l1 right in the back of the contactor where it could not be seen. When i tugged it came right out. Boy was I pissed. That bell end did not cooperate.

@jmenende congratulations on finding the culprit!

+1 on a loose connection or poorly made crimp. Personally, running down suspicious crimps is a personal favorite, (Not!!), but since @jmenende has one, I would be inclined to assume the worst, and check the crimping and terminal connections of all the heavy gauge wires on the possibility that whoever did the crimping or hookup didn't get the heavy gauge crimps right.

All the best,
