When converting the control system of a 805 806 Bravo unit, the question arises on what to do and how to proceed with the wiring outside of the control cubicle since all connections are terminated on the two large Cannon plugs / receptacles of the TCM 102 board.

The simplest and most cost effective solution is to de-solder the two receptacles on the TCM 102 and solder sufficiently long 16ga automotive or airframe type 2 wire on each pin, then mounting them into cubicle with #6 screws and lock nuts.
Terminate each wire end with a #6 or #8 shoe terminal or ring terminal and connect each wire in sequence A, B, C to a double barrier terminal
You need 6pcs 12 pos double barrier terminals. Mount them with #6 screws and locknuts on the back wall of the cubicle.
mark all connection points and then work with the TM to identify where each wire terminates in the generator
You have now all sensors, actuators etc available inside the control cubicle for an easy connection.
Warning! Some connections carry lethal high voltage when Genset is operating!
Mark those connections clearly I.e by using different wire color for those compared to low voltage wires.
