When turned on no power to the electric fuel shut off? It just stays shut off and will not start.?
When I run a separate line of electric (24V) straight from the batt it works and starts up?
What do I need to look at is there a breaker some where?

Reading the troubleshoots section of the TM will give you some good ideas.

I would start with the MPU and then back to the book. The CIM needs to tell the Gov to turn on the actuator.
