MEP 806A Stuck in under voltage

Hello,
I recently purchased a 1995 MEP806A with three hours.
The unit starts and runs fine, but the low voltage light is on and it wouldn't let me close the power switch.
Any ideas of where should I start looking.

For starters I'd suggest the following.
1) If the set has the Fuse Mod check to be sure the fuse is installed and that it's good.

1) Measure the AC Voltage at the outlet while the set is running. What's the AC Voltage?
2) Measure the AC Voltage at the outlet while the set is running and briefly putting S1 back in START. What's the AC Voltage at the outlet when S1 is in START briefly?
