Hey, I'm just wondering if you've made any progress on this?

I'm having the same exact issue, and I've tried literally everything short of cutting the wire on both sides of the plug and splicing them-- which I will be doing today.

I can't, for the life of me, figure out where the hell the 24v is coming from. I've also swapped the fault indicator module to no avail.

It's maddening.

Sorry. I was not able to find a way to remove the pin from the plug. I just removed the pin from the plug at the alarm panel. If you ever figure it out please let me know.
