If you are looking for KUP Relay NSN 5945-00-458-3551 for your Genset then you got two options:

1. If you needed them yesterday and can live with the Civilian (TE Connectivity / Tyco made in China Version )

then your best bet is Mouser, Digikey, Arrow, Allied Electronics etc.

Part Number: KUP-14D15-24 or 1-1393118-4 (Both the same Relay, first part# is original P&B Part Number, second Part# is Tyco)

Digikey

2. If you want the NSN 5945-00-458-3551 original Version which is now made in China/Mexico by Tyco then you can get them on our Website

These are Pre-Order only and have a 3 to 9 week lead time as they are tested in the USA to MIL-STD by Tyco before shipment
(certified conformance)

INOVA HIGHTECH

Thank You

That is correct, however those are all the same Relay

Potter&Brumfield sold their operations in the 2000's to a subsidiary of TE Connectivity which then sold out to Tyco sometimes around 2009-2011

Hence, depending who made this Relay at what time resulted in different NSN's which are all exactly one and the same Relay.....

Check NSN #. I believe it should be 5945-00-458-3351

Part number search on KUP-14D15-24 results in 4 separate NSNs......

There are currently at least 8 NSN's
5945-00-458-3351
5945-00-194-3615
5945-01-026-6657
5945-01-136-6961
5945-01-212-2000
5945-01-240-2272
5945-01-243-3974
5945-00-408-0727

And 21 part numbers for this relay. Unless someone REALLY just has to know, I am NOT going to list them.

472 OHMS NOMINAL is a good relay coil winding.

I have seen this relay in the MEP-8** series set, Two different heaters, Two different welders, and also used in several different load banks. There is a list of about 35 different systems that use this relay. THAT'S why the military ordered so many last year.
