Mep002 proper grounding

When hooking generator to house wiring, do I only ground the trailer to the ground rod? I saw that the ground rod wire should not be hooked to the generator neutral, but that the generator neutral should tie into the house neutral, Is that right?

To hook it properly into your house you need to hook up 4 wires. Two 120v, neutral to your pannel and ground to your pannel.
You use the ground your pannel alreaty has due to you looking the gen ground to the pannel ground.

You MUST read the sticky below and determine whether you need unbond "L0" from genset frame ground stud depending on your method of generator connection/distribution (type of ATS or simple Interlock, etc.). This -003A sticky applies to -002A as well. In particular, pay attention to posts #'s: 17, 18, 25, 29, 32, & 71.
