MG42 ring mount on my Deuce

Can someone tell me the difference between the M36, M49, and M66 ringmounts? It looks like in a lot of cases they simply reclassified the M36 to the M66 but I'm not sure why or what difference other than what they call them are.

I just wonder if I can rig it to work with my MG-34?

ya buy one of those attachments for the AA tripod that clips onto the MG42 mount. should work

should be under MG42 tripod MG34 converter. i think IO inc sells em.
