might need a towing soon

looks like i'm most likely getting the M246 wrecker, currently a non-runner. might be needing a tow vehicle to get it to its storage location next week if somebody is willing to help?

i got him down to $3500, check should arrive tomorrow and after work gonna go look it over one more time, try to haggle some more, and if everything is good i'll have myself my first MV

Make sure and take something to try and turn the engine over to see if its loose and not frozen or stuck.

Check the local tow companies and see it they can tow a large truck. Check the tires to see if they can make it before you attempt to move it also.

will do. i might be able to get one of our 10k dump trucks to tow it, its a 20 mile trip at most, not far at all.

red, post where the truck is and where it needs to go, this mite help, also are you active AF, if that be the case, talk to the transportion NCOIC, about a UNofficial official tow, a couple of cases of beer go a LONG way it would be no big deal for a military wrecker towing a military wrecker

lol i was waiting to post the location so nobody could steal it out from under me haha. its at a place called "smith and edwards", just north of ogden Utah. its going on hill afb most likely to the rv storage lot.

i'm active duty EOD (explosive ordnance disposal), i'll ask if i can do that since i have most of the heavy vehicles on my military license, might get a trailer as well but would have no way to push or tow the 5 ton up there.
