PITA to remove due to the studs. While mine was out FOM I pulled the studs and will go back with bolts CAREFULLY installing them so as not to damage the core.
Steering Arm - Any reason it is attached with nuts instead of bolts like the other 75%? Considering replacing them with bolts next time I do the front end.
Have the oil pan off FOM and have covered the engine with plastic. But it's parked in gravel so I'm concerned about dust. My plan is to rinse it off with diesel then spray oil on the journals.
Any issues or recommendations with the above?
