MK48 Transfer case and axle fluids

Gents,

I am in process of draining and replacing fluids. I can not find any specs in the TMs for the type of fluid required for the transfer case or axles. I found volume... But not a fluid spec.

I am assuming a gear oil for the axles? Would the transfer case be a heavy weight oil, or more like ATF??? Any help would be great.

i just change the tranny oil put 10 w holds 44 qt

Are you saying that trans fluid fills the transfer case???

I thought it was Gear Lube, in the T-Case. Same as the axles!

The lubricating order I have specifies 15W40 motor oil for my transfer case in my M977 HEMTT. I know they are different t-cases but . . .
