Su-17s of the Polish Air Force.

This is the swing wing version of the Sukhoi Su-7 - but in reality it is a very different aircraft.
Wondering what the crew size is of the SU-17; it almost looks like there's enough "glass" in the cockpit to be 2-3 in there:

- Pilot, Navigtor, Weapons officer?

The basic SU-17/22 aircraft is single pilot. The two-seater in the first video (Red 308) is a SU-22UM; instructor sits in the rear cockpit, in parts of the video you can see the rear periscope extended so the instructor can see in front of the aircraft.

And that was supposed to read "Red THREE ZERO EIGHT," not "Red three zero smiley-face-with-sunglasses." Sorry - forgot my emoji shortcuts there....

Soviet Attack Aircraft / Sukhoi Su-34 "Fullback"

Based on current reports from Syria, the Su-34s are being used by the Russian Air Force to attack targets every day now.

This video is in English and about 50 minutes long. It is a history of Soviet attack aircraft and tries to show how the Su-34 came about. It does spend lots of time talking about other aircraft, but in general it seems pretty good.

This one is in Russian, but has some good air to air shots.

Mil Mi-26 (Halo) take off

These are huge Russian helicopters used by Russian military - there are many different versions in service. They are also used around the world for heavy lift work as they are the largest helicopters in service today.

Notice how small the tires are in comparison to the fuselage. Eight blade main rotor, twin engines and empty weight is over 60,000 lbs. Pretty amazing.

I sure do agree with you there, marchplumber.

It looks like nothing but just pure slender wing, amazing that it carries payload to boot. That is one beautiful airframe.

Sexy? Hmm...not sure that I would use THAT word to describe it. Personally the Su-34s look odd to me - way too nose heavy. Kinda like they'd always have to fly with the control stick pulled back to keep the nose up!

Now the standard Su-27 / 35 is far better looking to me.

More on the Su-34 Fullback! Hope you enjoy these as well.

This one is quite good. Nice air to air and cockpit scenes.

This one is okay - quality isn't the best.

Another one - in Russian but worth a watch for the scenes.

Let me know if I post the same video as in a previous post. I just go by my memory to avoid that, so who knows what you'll get....

I'm sure there is some propaganda here but this one
is on the RT-2PM2 Topol-M (NATO reporting name: SS-27 "Sickle B) ICBM.
T
he missile is shown well and you can see how it operates. In Russian.

O
ne of the most recent intercontinental ballistic missiles to be deployed by Russia, and the first to be developed after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. It was developed from the RT-2PM Topol mobile intercontinental ballistic missile.

Some of these Russian videos are top-ranked product; I mean they are FUN to watch:

- Cinematography, Soundtrack, Pacing

The whole works.

I'm not much for the ICBM product. The minute ONE of those puppies is launched, by anyone, anywhere; we're probably all of us saying good-bye. So what's the point!?
