MTVR shock absorbers

Busted a passenger steer shock absorber and driver side middle rear shock.

Question is, can they be rebuilt/repacked or just got to shell out for new ones

Rear isn't too bad priced on ebay under Arvin # 69539250G
I can probably find a civilian equalivelent with the specs. There are a good many lever action shocks. Would need stroke, diameter. Compressed length. Etc.
