I seek a source for the terminal adapters that connect each set of two wires to individual glow plugs on the 003. Tried Radio Shack with no luck. Newark's online catalog shows about 6 of what appear to be the correct type adapters; all brass, some tin coated. Of the ones for which dimensions are available, none match the dimensions of my broken tab. The one that visually best resembles it is the one in the subject line. Tried calling Newark for dimensions; no joy. Looked up Multicomp; it turns out it's a volume buyer/re-seller owned by Premier Farnell via SPC Technologies. No help on Franell's site, and I'm not going to call country code 44 just yet.

Anyone have a source for these adapters? It's not particularly critical, as the set fires right up, but I'd like to have a few on hand.

Thanks, gents. The guy rebuilding my whaleboat engine suggested that I try NAPA, specifying 24V tabs. Hia other thought was a truck supply. I shall know from NAPA tamale.

Did you ever get those stack adapters? If so, what was your source? If not, you may want to try an appliance repair parts house to see of they may have such an elusive item, beats going across the pond.

Finally got some from elecDirect; fit like a glove...MMFA male/female adapter 0.250x0.032". Replaced the missing one and fired 'er up. Much less initial white smoke from the exhaust for the rear-most cylinder and it cleared up in seconds. I now have 99 spares! Anyone needing some, send me a pm. They were ~$0.07 apiece, before shipping. elecDirect has a $25 minimum.
