Welcome to the April 2020 MV of the Month Nomination Thread!

To submit a nomination the rules are :

1. - You may nominate your own vehicle or another SS Members vehicle (please get the member's permission first). Do not nominate vehicles not owned by an SS Member.

2. - ONE good photo must be submitted with your nomination. PLEASE POST ONLY ONE PICTURE AND NOT A LINK!!!

3. - Previous winning vehicles from the current year cannot be re-nominated.

4. - One vehicle nomination per member per month unless you nominate another member's vehicle...not your own. You can ONLY nominate ONE of your own. (It's to keep things fair).

5. - We ask for 10 vehicles per month for the contest. Once we get 10 vehicles nominated OR at 20:00hrs (8PM) on 15 April 2020, (whichever comes first), the nomination thread will close and the "Vote Thread" will open as soon as The Boss can open it. All times listed are Eastern Standard Times.

6. - Please do not "campaign" for your favorite MV on THIS thread...wait for the "Vote Thread" then have at it!!

Now come on folks, let's see those beautiful MV's you have so we can all enjoy them.

Is everyone keeping their MV's at some unreasonably strict level of "Social Distancing".

Have you not heard that the Surgeon General has declared that MV's can neither contract nor be carriers of the Coronavirus?

In fact, it has been popularly noted by medical scientists that indulging in MV related activities is a wonderful distraction from the Coronapocalyptic Crisis.

Post 'em up, boys! (And girls!)

Common folks! PB is out campaigning in Russia today, and he's riding shotgun on his buddies military sidecar. He's tooting the horn trying to drum up entrants for the April M/V of the month. Next week, he'll be campaigning in Mongolia. So lets help Papa Bear out, enter your MV today!!!

Someone suggested to me I should submit my 1943 Federal 606, a former C2 7-1/2 ton Army Air Force wrecker before the boom was removed. In addition to the normal electric starter it is also equipped with a hand crank inertia starter.

I saw this truck at Mt. Dora this year and really cool and built tuff as nails.

See PB, once members see how hard you're campaigning to get entrants for M/V of the month, they jump right in. After campaigning in Mongolia, I hear you're headed to Timbuktu.
