from another post, MWOs are usually....
rear brake upgrade (e-brake moved to calipers instead of the propshaft)
High back seats
3-point seatbelts
rear hitch reinforcement (non-airlift bumper)
if your rear brake calipers are bigger than the fronts, than you have that upgrade. Seats and seatbelts are obvious. Hitch (between frame rails) will have 2 angled braces behind it.
