My 1952 GMC M135 Deuce - First start!

Earlier this week, I ran across this 1952 GMC M135 Deuce and a Half. Owner claimed it runs but the batteries were dead, so no way to confirm that it did. The city is about to impound the truck and fine the owner. I made an offer and he accepted it.

I brought the batteries home & charged them. Took the batteries back this morning & installed them. Figured I’d might as well see if she’d turn over. She fired right up!
