I got them from sscramblin on ebay. They were like $60, and I made the center hub for them at work.

Finally paint!

Well, it took way longer than I hoped, but its finally got fresh camo. I stayed as close to the original NATO pattern as possible, but it isn't perfect. It looks much better though, and I'm happy with it.
