My m1009 was in Kosovo?

Well , I was digging around in my truck today and i found a card from the Army with a special security officers name on it with a home base of Kosovo. The camp is listed on the card as Bondsteel Kosovo. It also has his name and email, I think i might send Michael an email about the truck?

What do you guys think?
