Mystery Vibration

I'm hoping you guys can help me with a mystery...
Last night I replaced the oil cooler lines on my M1008(and took a lovely shower)
This morning I was driving to work and noticed a pronounced vibration when at low rpm. I did some tests and and discovered that this happens at low rpms only while in drive or reverse regardless if the brakes are used or not.

I think it is hitting the rod to the shift linkage. Gently bend the aluminum lines away from the linkage.

I think you hit it on the head
I was wondering about how close those lines were to that linkage and I tried to clear it but I guess I didn't do a good enough job.
