As to what it is, I have no clue.

I would guess it would be part of an anti aircraft/ missile array. Like the patriot system.

Looks pretty cool...and expensive.

Offensive battlefield lasers designed to literally blind soldiers and pilots are a reality. The Chinese have displayed several man-portable versions over the last 15 years. It's not a laser for damaging equipment.

I suspected it was more of a support tank used to jam radar and laser guided missiles, and that articles proves it....kinda. Npow what is actually is? No idea, could just be a custom job through and through.

It's actually a R&R vehicle to project images. There would be a couple of others assigned to it with large speakers blasting Pink Floyd's "The Wall" and a concession stand with burnable refreshments and Dorito's.
