I found the NATO V under a couple layers of paint on my 1009. What are the chances this was a Desert Storm truck?

The thought of it makes me want to go tan with the paint job.

Pretty good unless a civi owner painted it on afterwards.
Is the truck tan underneath? Not all desert storm cucvs were painted tan.

From the layers I found It was originally green, then tan then green again. The last owner before me tried their hand at camo on it...

The most prominent one is the V on the roof of the truck on the canopy. You can't see them unless you look at it from an angle and see where it was painted over.
