NC Rally BBQ Convoy Friday Night

For all of you who missed this event last year (sorry!) ITS BACK !!!! One of the best parts of the Denton Rally!!

We will be convoying to Presnell Memorial Park in Seagrove NC. The setting is perfect with tons of parking, and a large pavilion with some seating (probably best to bring a chair though)

We will depart the Farm Park at 4:30 PM on Friday, 26th of April 2019.

You must be in or on a military vehicle to participate-Please no exceptions!

The route will be about 26 miles, with a max speed of 45 MPH. We have secured the same fantastic LEO coverage we had 2 years ago with both motorcycle and patrol car coverage.

Menu will be: BBQ Pulled Pork, beans, coleslaw, hush puppies and probably green beans or such. Cost will be $10 each person, with a max of 75 people (park rules)

I think this could easily be the best one we have done yet!! Please let me know below if you know for sure you will be there. I will have the tickets at the rally.

My wife and kids don't eat pork, will there be any other entree options? This is the first time we've tried to go to the rally and we're trying to decide if we're going to get there before or after the convoy.

I'll be in the convoy, but now that I think about it, I'm better suited as rear guard. I've just completed the lighting kit upgrades on the truck (thanks LightTheWayNC.com) I have amber strobes and such facing rear.
