Need help to ID this

Can somebody help me figure out what this box is? It is on the back of the 'glove box' panel on the passenger side, on the left. The pictures in the manual show some kind of fuse/breaker panel where this is, and the parts manual doesn't show anything that looks like it. It is secured to the panel by two tabs made of Bakelite or hard plastic that have broken off, causing this to hang down where it can get tangled in in the foot well. There are no numbers anywhere on it.

As always, responses are appreciated, and correct responses are really appreciated.

That is the flasher relay for the turn signals.
